Steps to same day Service
If you prefer same day service, Jewelry Designs offers Express Jewelry Repair on-site. Depending on the level of repair required, our jewelers can often complete these repairs while-you-wait for your convenience. This specialized team of jewelry designers, setters, model makers, and torch experts all work in-house to ensure that your jewelry doesn’t have to leave the building.
1) Bring in your jewelry for repair
Whether your jewelry requires immediate attention, or you’re simply curious, Jewelry Designs’ offers free repair estimates with no obligation to proceed.
2) Speak To A Representative
Your consultant will assess the level of repair required with the shop. For more complicated repairs, the shop may also consult with our team of jewelry specialists on-site.
3) Determine Your Options
Once the shop team has determined the best solution for repair, your consultant will present your options to you before they proceed.
If you are not in a rush, Jewelry Designs’ normal repair service is typically a one-week turnaround available, with standard non-express prices.
Jewelry Designs’ showroom is also open. It has been completely re-outfitted with floor guides, protective partitions, sanitizers and more, in order to ensure safe social distancing and peace of mind
