BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
All of our jewelry is custom designed and manufactured on site in our Danbury, CT facility. If you are interested in a piece that is currently on back order, please call us and we can tell you when the item will be available. Because this jewelry is made here in our facility, there may be a 1-4 week delay before the piece can be shipped. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Information on our Site
At Jewelry Designs, we make every effort to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our pieces in full detail, some pieces may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, size may vary slightly. On our site, we provide the measurement of each piece based on our manufacturing specifications.

Jewelry Designs is committed to complete customer satisfaction. Jewelry Designs takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise manufactured in our state of the art facility, and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase made online or over the telephone for any reason at all; Jewelry Designs will refund that purchase within 15 days from the original purchase date. Shipping costs will be deducted from amount of refund. The contents of the package must be in their original condition and secure within the box. For your security, do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box.
Please insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Jewelry Designs is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Jewelry Designs will process your return upon receipt of the package. Jewelry Designs must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 15-day period.
All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any item may be exchanged within 30 days. Shipping costs will be deducted form the amount of the exchange.
All of our shipments will be delivered using Federal Express.
You will have 2 options: standard overnight or 2 day delivery.
For items that are in stock, we will need 3 to 5 days to process your order.
All custom orders will be shipped the following day your order is completed.

All orders must be shipped to a residence or business address with a valid signature upon delivery. No other exceptions allowed.
Jewelry Designs’ guarantee is simple and straightforward. If something is wrong due to faulty workmanship, we take care of it. It’s a fair way of doing business. That being said, precious metals erode and stones can become damaged over time. When normal wear occurs, repairs can be done in house by our expert staff at the normal repair fee. Any work performed by a jeweler other than Jewelry Designs automatically voids the warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain insurance against loss or damage not covered by the warranty.
