As a Customer Loyalty Card Holder you are entitled to:
Jewelry Inspection:
We will inspect your jewelry for any obvious or developing problems and report them to you.
Stone Tightening:
In most cases, we will be able to tighten any loose stones while you wait. If your jewelry requires additional work, we will inform you of time and cost necessary to restore your jewelry.
Polishing:
We will re-finish your jewelry using our multiple stage polishing process that will give you a “new” finish on your old jewelry.
