Customer Service
The Jewelry Designs’ staff is passionately dedicated to making you a satisfied customer. If you visit our showroom, you will be greeted by knowledgeable jewelry professionals. Our competent designers and consultants can advise you on any of your jewelry needs. While you are in our store, we will polish and inspect your jewelry, free of charge, while you enjoy a cup of coffee and browse our gallery. All of our repairs and appraisals are done in house by our expert jewelers and gemologists, so your jewelry never leaves our possession.

Guarantee
Jewelry Designs’ guarantee is simple and straightforward. If something is wrong due to faulty workmanship, we take care of it. It’s a fair way of doing business.
That being said, precious metals erode and stones can become damaged over time. Through routine maintenance and free check-ups, we will help you to diagnose any wear problems that are developing. When normal wear occurs, repairs are done in house by our expert staff at the normal repair fee.
